Have certifications from another manufacturer? That's okay! We value your experience and technical background. Certifications with brands such as GM, Ram, Cummins, International, Freightliner, or other manufacturers are a plus. Ford certification is preferred, but not required—we are looking for skilled technicians with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
What You'll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
- Perform quality repairs following manufacturer standards and safety procedures.
- Inspect vehicles, identify concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stay current with technical training, repair procedures, and manufacturer updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional service to every customer.
- Ford Certification preferred, but not required.
- Manufacturer certifications from other brands are welcome.
- Previous dealership or fleet experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of diesel, fleet, or dealership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE Certification preferred.
- Own tools required.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
- A desire to continue learning and grow with our organization.
