Automotive Service Advisor

Position Summary Ford Country is seeking a motivated Service Advisor with strong dealership experience to join our Henderson service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately document vehicle concerns, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and help maintain our high standards for customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Establish and communicate realistic follow-up and completion times.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide frequent status updates to customers.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers in a clear, professional manner.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service advisor role.
• Dealership experience and solid automotive knowledge.
• CDK and MPI system knowledge required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Ford experience preferred.
• Paycom experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with a high-volume work mentality.
• CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focused with excellent communication skills.
