Henderson Hyundai is one of the busiest Hyundai service departments in Nevada, averaging over 2,000 repair orders every month. Our top technicians flag 100+ hours per pay period, and we're continuing to grow. We're looking for all experienced Technicians... Hyundai, import, and dealership technicians who want to join a high-volume shop where productivity is rewarded and talent is recognized.

We're not looking for the technician every dealership in town is trying to recruit. Whether you're Hyundai-certified or coming from another franchise, we want to talk. Not Hyundai Certified? No problem. If you're a technician from another manufacturer, we'll help you get Hyundai certified and provide a clear path for continued growth.

• Work without micromanagement
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

If you're producing 80, 100, or 120+ flat rate hours and feel limited by your current shop, let's have a conversation.

• Strong diagnostic skills, especially with electrical & drivability
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
