Pay Range: $60k - $70k per year, based upon experience, + Generous Commission

• Support the community by increasing and maintaining occupancy; evaluate potential residents and determine fit for the community
• Bind the company in resident agreements and interact with family members regarding financial matters
• Plan and implement marketing programs, events, and advertising materials; design and create marketing brochures
• Speak before groups; conduct tours for potential residents, families, visitors, and referral sources
• Coordinate with referral agencies, organizations, and institutions; maintain admission records
• Follow-up on inquiries and maintain current waiting lists; prepare reports related to admissions, discharges, sources, and lengths of stay

• Education:
  
  Two years or more of college preferred
• Job Knowledge:
  Familiarity with senior living resources, services, costs, and local competition
• Professional Memberships:
  Encouraged to participate in outside community civic organizations and associations
• Other:
  Ability to drive; ability to conduct tours; strong communication and interpersonal skills
