We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated leader to become our next General Manager. If you’re passionate about building connections, motivating a team, and creating a welcoming environment, this is the role for you! As General Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring families, students, and staff have an awesome experience at our facility. You'll be at the heart of our swim community—helping manage staff, developing programs, ensuring safety, and delivering top‑notch customer service.

You'll thrive if you’re organized, dependable, and proactive in finding solutions—plus, we love leaders who know how to smile and have FUN along the way! You’ll report to the Head of Operations while working in the lobby and throughout our facility to make sure everything runs smoothly.

May Vary

• Weekday hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (with extended hours in the summer)

• 2+ years of experience in competitive swimming or swim coaching
• 2+ years of management experience (required)
• A caring and compassionate heart for children and families
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive thinking
• Fantastic communication skills and a positive attitude
• Dependability and reliability— we count on you!

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bi‑weekly pay
