General Superintendent - Las Vegas

General Superintendent – Las Vegas, Nevada.

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and trade coordination.
• Oversee the successful execution of the project from mobilization through turnover.
• Support the preconstruction department in project planning and buyout.
• Manage and monitor construction activity to maintain compliance with contract specifications and company quality and safety standards.
• Assign work to field personnel.
• Prepare, review, and initial daily construction reports.
• Review and verify weekly quantities.
• Coordinate special inspections as required.
• Demonstrate full and current knowledge of all OSHA safety requirements and maintain compliance on the job site at all times.
• Communicate job status to the Project Manager and other management team members on a regular basis.

• Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Senior Superintendent or higher experience on hospitality and gaming projects in Las Vegas, with construction values of $100million or more.
• Comprehensive understanding of project scheduling and logistics planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction, craft activities, cost‑control schedules, and safety.
• Ability to prioritize work to accommodate deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency and working experience with the Microsoft Office platform.
• Basic knowledge of Procore software is desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
