The Digital Editor Coordinator is responsible for creating compelling, timely content that drives engagement across all Raiders digital platforms. This role plays a key part in keeping fans connected to the team by producing and optimizing content that informs, entertains, and strengthens the Raiders brand year‑round.
Essential Job Functions:- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and digital-first content for Raiders platforms (Instagram, X, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Social, Digital, and Content teams to concept and execute engaging short‑form and long‑form video content
- Film team events including games, practices, press conferences, community activations, and player features
- Edit content quickly in real time to support live moments, breaking news, and in‑game storytelling
- Maintain the Raiders brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all video and social deliverables
- Optimize content for platform‑specific best practices, including aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails, and pacing
- Produce, edit, and deliver branded and sponsored social content that fulfills partnership deliverables while maintaining the Raiders’ brand standards, storytelling quality, and platform‑specific best practices
- Assist with cross‑promotional content initiatives with league partners, sponsors, and other regional sports properties
- Manage media assets, including organizing footage, archiving content, and maintaining editing workflows
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging video formats to inform content strategy
- Support analytics and performance tracking by adjusting content based on engagement insights and audience behavior
- Work collaboratively with photographers, designers, and external partners to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and on‑site production needs as required
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro required.
- Experience in professional social media management and posting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of established and emerging digital/social media platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube and Snapchat.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self‑edit.
- Knowledge of navigating popular social media platforms & trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays and travel).
- Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
- Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
