Event Helpers – Las Vegas

We’re growing our 2026 event team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to assist at our community expos across Las Vegas.

Part-time (set hours available) or per-event contract opportunities

Depending on availability, we offer:

Our events typically host 100–300+ attendees and take place at community centers, casinos, libraries, and senior-focused venues throughout the city.

• Vendor & attendee check-in
• Moving and placing tables, chairs, and signage
• Assisting with light setup and breakdown
• Keeping the event floor organized and professional
• Assisting team members throughout event day
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment
• Team players who can follow direction
• Weekday daytime availability preferred
• Basic computer literacy (check-in systems, spreadsheets, tablets)
• Ability to lift and move tables/chairs (up to 40–50 lbs)
• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus

This is a great opportunity for students, freelancers, hospitality staff, or anyone looking for flexible, supplemental income while being part of meaningful community events.
