The Seasonal Production Artist supports the Creative team in the execution, adaptation, and delivery of visual assets across marketing, social media, digital, print, events, and game-day initiatives. This role focuses on production design, file preparation, versioning, quality control, and maintaining brand consistency across all Las Vegas Raiders properties, including Allegiant Stadium.
Essential Job Functions- Resize, version, and localize campaign creative [and tour admats] across multiple formats and channels.
- Execute and adapt creative assets for digital, social, email, web, print, stadium, and event applications.
- Prepare production-ready files for vendors, printers, digital platforms, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Raiders brand standards and technical specifications.
- Support stadium events, gameday, draft, training camp, schedule release, community, and special-event creative needs.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, content producers, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy in copy, imagery, layout, and formatting.
- Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and asset libraries.
- Assist with signage, promotional materials, presentations, and environmental graphics as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of graphic design or production design experience (internships acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production, file setup, color management, and digital asset preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or agency environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule based on marketing initiatives and project timelines. This may include evenings, weekends and holidays based upon the event schedule.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Canva, and the project management platform Asana.
- Understanding of social media specifications and digital advertising requirements.
- Familiarity with large-format environmental graphics and event signage.
- Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
- Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
