AIR is a small business in Henderson, NV. We are a professional, innovative and fun company that offers HVAC and Plumbing Services. We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their products and services. We are interested in hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient individual who is comfortable dealing with our customers as well as our technicians.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Hourly Pay $13-18 Based on experience
