Customer Service
BDC Agent – Full Time
We are looking for a Service BDC Agent to join our team!
We will train the right candidate.
- Answer all incoming service calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Make outbound reminder and followup calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Update customer information and maintain call logs
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized

- Basic computer skills
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
