The Resident Services Coordinator provides office assistance, membership support, and clerical administration for the community. This position is multi‑faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties, including ensuring all callers, visitors, and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.
What you’ll accomplish- Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
- Noting accurate messages and directing them appropriately
- Operating and maintaining office equipment
- Drafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work orders
- Assisting owners with coordinating resident‑hosted events
- Updating the association’s website and calendar
- Receiving, preparing and delivering mail, packages and dry cleaning
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
- Customer service experience; knowledge of homeowner association operations preferred
- Excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment
- Flexibility to work after‑hours and weekends at community events as needed
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
