We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Receptionist to join our team at an exclusive private country club known for exceptional service, elegance, and member experience. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering white-glove service.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a warm, seamless, and elevated club experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to anticipate member needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
  • Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, reservations, member inquiries, and guest requests with exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate dining and event reservations
  • Support club events, private functions, and daily administrative operations as needed
  • Handle guest check-ins and ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding members and club operations
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless luxury experience
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, or high-end customer service preferred
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

    Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
