Call Center Customer Care Representative – Lexus of Henderson

You will also be responsible for coordinating customer communications, managing high call volumes, answering internet chats and emails all in a manner aligning with Our Values and Lexus' highest standards.

Job Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and courteously via phone, chat, email; listen to their maintenance needs and schedule service appointments
- Ensure accuracy of customer vehicle issue and vehicle information in Data Management System (DMS)
- Maintain a positive experience for our guests
- Facilitate effective communication with service consultant and help ensure customer concerns are resolved
- Contact customers to schedule appointments when special order parts have arrived and for appointment reminders and remind them of appointments scheduled
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Policies & Procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational, typing, and computer skills needed
- Overall knowledge of automotive operations preferred
- Customer service de‑escalation skills and experience
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability (exceptions available for non-driving positions)
