Training Vitamin Specialist – Call Center

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Promote company products and services using in-depth knowledge of the company and its products
• Progress and develop toward the Vitamin Specialist Tier/position within 2 years of employment
• Incorporate omnichannel interactions into day-to-day responsibilities at the Vitamin Specialist Tier
• Educate customers on ingredients, features, benefits, and use of company products
• Document customer inquiries and actions in tracking systems and/or logs
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in internal and external contacts
• Manage a steady daily volume of calls and prioritize follow-through
• Generate written correspondence and process document requests as needed
• Identify issues and trends to improve customer service and productivity
• Identify errors promptly and determine corrective actions
• Follow company-controlled documentation for the position
• Create opportunities to promote interest in Pro Caps products and services
• Improve departmental productivity by using Pro Caps procedures and techniques to increase customer interest and utilization of the product line
• Perform other assigned duties
• Work in a fast-paced, positive Customer Care Center environment handling inbound and outbound calls

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service or sales experience a plus but not essential
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the telephone with customer calls, emphasizing world-class customer service
• Ability to learn about the value of natural supplementation and educate others
• Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced structured environment
• Ability to comfortably apply consultative sales techniques
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to respond with tact, diplomacy, and patience
• Ability to interpret and comply with company and departmental policies and procedures
• Ability to meet and/or exceed established Call Center metrics
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Good working knowledge of computers, including strong data entry skills
• Ability to utilize word processing programs such as MS Word
• Ability to navigate the Internet
• Knowledge of Excel a plus
• Ability to successfully complete ongoing training requirements
• Flexibility to work between 6:00am and 6:00pm, including at least one weekend day shift
• Must be willing to work overtime or on weekends as workload demands
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, and walk
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to educate customers on natural supplementation products. Capable of managing high call volumes while maintaining productivity and adhering to company policies.
