Experience &

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients while creating a warm and welcoming experience for families
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to support daily office flow
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial information and treatment coordination

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain professional communication

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance standards are met
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous dental, orthodontic, pediatric, or medical front office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dental practice management software is preferred
  • Dependable team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
