What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized endodontic treatments and procedures
• Assess and diagnose complex dental conditions related to root canals
• Collaborate with general dentists and dental staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document treatment plans and procedures accurately and timely
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health practices
• Maintain compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Assist in achieving quality care standards across multiple clinical locations

What You Need:

• D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in Nevada
• Minimum 2 years of experience in endodontics preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed

About the Assignment:

This float pool position involves working at two Gentle Dental clinics in Henderson, Nevada, on a rotating basis (2 Tuesdays/month at each location). The schedule includes full 9-hour workdays, with a minimum commitment of three months, with potential for extension.
