Responsible for providing quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment with access to in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists. The position is predominantly PPO-based, offering a full scope of general dentistry services.
Compensation is based on a percentage of production, with a daily guaranteed rate during onboarding, totaling between $200,000 and $400,000.
The schedule typically involves 4 to 5 days per week. The practice emphasizes operational and clinical excellence, innovation, and a commitment to team growth and work-life balance.
Qualifications include being a graduate of an accredited dental school, holding a current applicable state dental license or the ability to obtain one, and possessing additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.
