Job Summary And Responsibilities

We are seeking a primary care physician to join our team.

Position Summary Under the direction of the Chief Physician Executive, the physician provides patient care in the outpatient setting. The physician is responsible for the care of his or her patients, ensuring quality care of major and minor illnesses, long‑range health issues, and facilitating specialty consultations.

• Successful completion of a Residency program.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO).
• Board qualified or certified. State of Nevada licensed physician.
• Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies; DEA® certificate;
  Nevada State Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance license (LIC CSL);
  Basic Life Support CPR (CT CPRBLS); credentialed Dignity Health Medical Group Network within 120 days of hire.
• Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff.
