Pilates Instructor

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour (Base + Occupancy Bonuses)

Classification: Non-Exempt Employee (Part-Time with Full-Time Career Track)

Our luxury studio features dedicated, high-end suites for both Reformer and Cadillac/Tower practice, providing a diverse setting for both group and private instruction.

Requirements

• Certification: Pilates Teacher Certification (Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program with a minimum of 400 hours; Comprehensive/Apparatus preferred for Cadillac suite shifts).
• Experience: Minimum 12 months of studio teaching experience (Apprentices may apply for junior roles).
• Commitment: Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (8 – 25+ hours per week).
• Physical: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and safely demonstrate exercises on Pilates equipment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, safe, and results-driven group classes and personalized private sessions.
• Maintain the luxury standards of the studio by ensuring equipment is pristine and the environment is welcoming.
• Build lasting relationships with members to drive client retention and studio community.
• Act as a sales-minded brand ambassador, staying proactive in recommending services and products.
• Collaborate with a stellar team and participate in the studio's "promote from within" culture.
