* Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Serve as a point of contact for web-related inquiries and requests (web support tickets) from internal stakeholders.
* Provide content management training for existing and new website editors.
* Maintain documentation in support of the website governance plan.
* Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating reports based on data insights.
* Support the Marketing & Events team with various event-related tasks.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Two (2) years of experience in website management or a related role.
* Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience with content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and familiarity with plugins/extensions.
* Strong understanding of website optimization, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
* Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (Nevada State does not sponsor employment-related visas).
* Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Digital Media.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and web security best practices.
* Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
