Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend our Graduate Assessment Centre, where you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities, collaborate with peers, and engage with Civmec leaders. Successful candidates will receive offers to commence with Civmec in mid‑2026.
Working in a team of passionate and highly skilled engineers, you will be:
- Liaising with client representatives regarding RFI’s, TQ, and project delivery.
- Engaging and delivering aspects of the role including method statements, testing requirements, progress reports, scheduled works and developing work packs.
- Learning, understanding, and implementing quality control processes as well as understanding Civmec’s requirements in relation to extensions of time and claims for variations.
- Maintaining company standards for Quality Assurance purposes as well as producing documentation, correspondence and records as required.
- Assisting with Engineering duties as delegated to by the Senior Project Engineer to ensure successful project outcomes.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Must have completed an Australian-recognized bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical, or Construction).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have full Australian work rights.
- Be flexible with full-time and FIFO working arrangements
