Structural Designer

• Prepare detailed structural designs for various building projects such as commercial buildings, multifamily units, single‑family homes, retail stores, and tenant improvements.
• Assist with the development of preliminary structural design concepts.
• Work closely with the project team throughout all stages of design to completion.
• Conduct design checks for portions of projects handled by other engineers.
• Ensure quality compliance for your sections of projects by maintaining thorough design and checking notes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structural Designer or Engineer.
• Proficient in Revit, RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD, with expertise in at least three of these software programs.
• Ability to perform structural calculations and design, and to determine layout and sizing of framing members.
• Experience working on vertical projects such as retail, commercial, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong ability to work independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Passed FE/EIT certification.
• Experience in structural analysis and calculations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
