Job Title
Structural Designer
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed structural designs for various building projects such as commercial buildings, multifamily units, single‑family homes, retail stores, and tenant improvements.
- Assist with the development of preliminary structural design concepts.
- Work closely with the project team throughout all stages of design to completion.
- Conduct design checks for portions of projects handled by other engineers.
- Ensure quality compliance for your sections of projects by maintaining thorough design and checking notes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structural Designer or Engineer.
- Proficient in Revit, RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD, with expertise in at least three of these software programs.
- Ability to perform structural calculations and design, and to determine layout and sizing of framing members.
- Experience working on vertical projects such as retail, commercial, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments.
- Strong ability to work independently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Passed FE/EIT certification.
- Experience in structural analysis and calculations.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
