In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled engineering and project delivery team, contributing both vision and hands‑on direction. You will oversee a group of project managers and support staff, ensuring that processes, schedules, and communication channels operate efficiently across multiple high‑value initiatives. One of the flagship projects currently underway includes a multi‑billion‑dollar advanced‑materials manufacturing facility located in the midwest.
This position is responsible for developing and refining project management standards, implementing consistent practices across teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and long‑term strategic plans.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading project managers within the construction or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change‑order processes, and documentation controls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
- Background in major industrial, infrastructure, or energy‑related projects.
- Experience working under project labor agreements and federally funded requirements.
- Familiarity with Davis‑Bacon wage reporting and compliance.
- Experience supporting projects funded by the Department of Energy or similar federal entities.
- Knowledge of OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) structures.
