A well‑established modular building manufacturer is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5-10+ years of experience to join our team in Henderson, NV. You’ll use Autodesk Revit to design electrical circuitry and building‑wide power systems for commercial, multifamily, hospitality, office, and residential modular structures. The role includes developing detailed plans, creating project specifications, preparing estimates, producing technical reports, and completing safety‑related regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed electrical plans and schematics for modular building projects.
- Create project specifications and detailed drawings using Revit.
- Prepare estimates, cost analyses, and technical reports.
- Compile and submit safety‑related regulatory documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience leading designers and drafters.
- Ability to think beyond traditional ground‑up construction.
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer in NV, CA, TX, or AZ, or the ability to obtain licensure.
