Job Description
TIMET Henderson is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to round out its Project Management Office. Reporting to the Project Manager and supported by the Project Coordinator, this position will execute multidisciplinary engineering projects to improve the TIMET Henderson Industrial Titanium Production Plant. Typical projects involve new machinery installations, utility infrastructure upgrades, facility renovations/expansions, process improvements, and 6S events.
The selected candidate will own the project lifecycle through any/all phases from concept ideation, design engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, monitoring/controlling, and ultimately through closure. The preceding will be accomplished by networking with internal resources as well as managing both external Engineering Firms and Contractors. While the majority of TIMET Henderson's projects are Mechanical/Structural/Electrical in nature, Engineers of all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
