Enjoy a mix of remote and in‑office work. The position has geographic flexibility in the U.S. with strong preference for candidates located near Tempe, Arizona.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, configure project environments, and ensure seamless coordination.
- Oversee model integrity, conduct clash detection, and implement quality control processes for accurate, high‑performing designs.
- Mentor and train designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Work autonomously to solve complex challenges, propose process enhancements, and guide your team in delivering world‑class deliverables.
- Proven experience in BIM leadership and electrical design for advanced facilities.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and driving process improvements.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in design utilizing 3D modeling/drafting.
- At least 3 years of design experience with Revit and Navisworks.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Lead.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge and application of NEC and electrical design requirements.
- Two‑year associate’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of semiconductor experience.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $; the role will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
