Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works - Level 5
As the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works - Level 5, you will translate mission goals into actionable schedules and ensure on‑time, in‑budget delivery of advanced aeronautical projects.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Critical Path Methodology.
- Integrate schedule impacts of proposed work across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality functions.
- Analyze schedule networks to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on timing, budget, and quality objectives.
- Produce clear schedule artifacts with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work schedule:
4‑10 hour day, 3 days off per week (Onsite full‑time).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Primavera, or Project View.
- Experience with Network Schedules, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including cost/schedule integration.
- Experience with supplier integration, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation.
- Familiarity with risk and opportunity management, including identification, integration, and mitigation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality teams.
- Ability to work independently and with a team; thrives in dynamic environments; comfortable with occasional shift work, extended hours, and travel.
- U.S. citizenship required; active Top Secret security clearance required to commence work.
