Position Overview

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Flight Test Ground Station Engineering Manager – Level 5 within the Skunk Works organization.

• Lead a team of ground station engineers in devising practical solutions for challenging problems.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance with special program access
• Leadership experience (hiring, timecards, performance reviews, counseling, promotions, recognition, training, etc.)
• Proven Flight Test experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline
• Security+ certification
• Experience in engineering documentation, configuration control and change boards, and systems management
• History interfacing directly with DoD customers

This position requires a government security clearance and the candidate must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
