Overview
We are seeking a Senior Process Mechanical Engineer / Senior Engineer III to manage and support our public‑utility clients in the Las Vegas region and across the Western United States. The position is located in the Henderson, NV area and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pumping and booster stations, lift stations, reservoirs, water supply and treatment systems, and master planning.
- Serve as project manager for local studies and design projects, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines.
- Plan and review the production of engineering investigations, models, planning work, reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop and evaluate project plans, perform cost, manpower, schedule, and budget estimates, and select the most cost‑effective solutions.
- Analyze technical problems, assess feasibility, and devise new approaches and alternative solutions.
- Provide quality control and maintain quality standards, checking work performed by others.
- Manage projects, mentor junior engineers in design concept development, and contribute to the One Water Market strategy.
- Uphold engineering ethics and professional standards of conduct.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 11 years of experience since the B.S. (or 10 years since the M.S.), and 15–25 years overall; at least three of the recent years in project management or supervisory roles.
- Professional Engineer licensure in Nevada or in another state with reciprocity obtainable within six months.
- Strong interpersonal, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Autodesk Civil3D or similar design packages is a plus.
- Excellent water and/or wastewater design skills and water‑treatment process knowledge.

CompensationExpected range: $113,000 – $188,400 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
