Responsibilities
- Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
- Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed.
- Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
- Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
- Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
- Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
- Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.
