Summary
Responsible for preparing journal entries, detailed reports, tax filings and accounting.
Essential Functions- Assist with month end closing, including the preparation of month end journal entries
- Financial analysis and reporting on results of operations, trends, and projections
- Weekly Maintaining inventory and production control systems and related analysis/reporting
- Maintain Capital Project files and budgets for Henderson
- Nevada Sales & Use Tax Filing, Property and Personal Tax Filing and Public Utilities Commission Filing for TIMET - Henderson
- Cost Quoting and Annual Transfer Pricing Update
- Monthly reconciliation of physical Critical and Maintenance Spare and Capital Spare inventories
- Maintain Fixed Asset listings for Henderson
- Product cost development and activity rate loads into SAP
- Routine analysis of production cost performance measurements and preparation of related management reporting
- Preside over Henderson inventory and costing
- Assist with internal control compliance
