We are looking for a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join our Green Valley/Pebble branch in Henderson, NV
.

• Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
• Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales and operational skills by providing on‑the‑job training.
• Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
• Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• If needed, supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with branch management team.
• Expand the client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross‑selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in all banking areas.
• If needed, be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company‑approved training.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and banking operations.
• Working knowledge of mathematics.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients’ needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $21.50 - $23.66/hour
