Position: Credit Operations Analyst - Bonus & RSU Eligible
Axos Bank Target Range:$22.00/Hr.

- $24.00/Hr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job Axos is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst who will support all aspects of Credit Operations including audit remediation, process analysis, and operational readiness. Identify areas of opportunity and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Perform operations analysis and audit remediation

Complete projects and process improvement as directed

Evaluate and develop process and management controls

Assist in quarterly reporting and support routine business functions

Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance

Assist annual Sarbanes Oxley recertification

Engage in the development of management accountability packet

Complete ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred1-2 years of experience in commercial finance and credit administration
