- Conducts market analysis using historical data to forecast trends and assess market elasticity.
- Evaluates seasonality, marketing programs, capacity constraints, expansion plans, and regulatory changes to predict competitor growth.
- Generates departmental reports for Annual Capital and Operating Budgets.
- Performs marketing analysis across Direct Mail, Events, Promotions, and Player Events.
- Analyzes EBITDA-generating projects through revenue initiatives and expense controls, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Identifies trends through data analysis to support forecasts and budgets.
- Assists in developing communication tools to share key metrics and analytical insights.
- Supports preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Compares actual operating results to budget and prior year performance.
- Contributes to presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
- Monitors labor costs and reports findings to financial and operational teams.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Proactively assists team members as needed.
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaborates with other departments to enhance efficiency.
- Effectively prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple tasks.
- Promotes and delivers superior customer service in alignment with company standards.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and reports potential issues to management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from an accredited four-year college or university, or up to two years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in PC operations and Internet usage
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under time constraints
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the business
- Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
