Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) is a client‑centric role focused on developing and executing comprehensive financial solutions. The position is in‑office with an option to transition to a phone‑based capacity after initial training.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain required Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within the stipulated time frames.
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships across diverse client segments, including banking customers, small businesses, and high net worth individuals.
- Assess complex financial pictures, provide tailored advice, and recommend solutions that align with clients’ goals and priorities.
- Conduct client reviews and presentations, delivering recommendations with confidence.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill products and services.
- Register and comply with SAFE Act requirements, maintaining good standing in the federal registry.
- Follow prescribed sales processes, document client interactions, and meet performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending financial solutions.
- Strong peer collaboration and communication skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Spanish speaking proficiency.
