Position: Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - Las Vegas Area

Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) is a client‑centric role focused on developing and executing comprehensive financial solutions. The position is in‑office with an option to transition to a phone‑based capacity after initial training.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain required Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within the stipulated time frames.
  • Acquire, build, and manage client relationships across diverse client segments, including banking customers, small businesses, and high net worth individuals.
  • Assess complex financial pictures, provide tailored advice, and recommend solutions that align with clients’ goals and priorities.
  • Conduct client reviews and presentations, delivering recommendations with confidence.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill products and services.
  • Register and comply with SAFE Act requirements, maintaining good standing in the federal registry.
  • Follow prescribed sales processes, document client interactions, and meet performance metrics.
