Senior Financial Analyst - Multi Property

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform market analysis using historical data to forecast market trends and determine market elasticity, including seasonality, marketing programs, capacity constraints, future expansion plans, and regulatory changes.
• Work closely with all levels of management to generate and analyze Annual Capital and Operating Budgets.
• Perform marketing analysis of Direct Mail, Events, Promotions, and Player Events; provide recommendations to Senior Management on improvement of future programs.
• Analyze EBITDA generating projects (revenue‑driving initiatives or expense controls) and produce actionable recommendations.
• Ensure systems and methods are in place to gather data accurately and consistently.
• Analyze data to identify trends for forecasts and budgets.
• Develop and maintain communication vehicles to distribute key operating metrics and analytical findings.
• Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly forecast; compare actual operating results to budget and prior year.
• Assist in development of presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
• Monitor labor costs; report to financial team and operations departments.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reporting; proactively assist co‑workers as needed.
• Plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize, organize, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain open communication with management and staff; demonstrate teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility; report potential issues to management.

Employee must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited four‑year college or university; or one to two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); comfortable navigating the internet.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply basic algebra concepts.
• Ability to solve practical problems in varied contexts with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
• High level of organizational skills; detail‑oriented; able to meet deadlines and work under pressure of short time constraints.
• Effective presentation skills; respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and general public.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
