Role Overview
We are currently in search of a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join our team of bank partners in the Las Vegas, NV marketplace. As a Zions Wealth Advisor, your role will be to build wealth management relationships through actively cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with each member of the banking team and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Primary Responsibilities- Financial planning, investment management, insurance, and trust services.
- Making presentations and partnering with internal banking professionals.
- Coordinating with wealth management team members to deliver the right solution for clients.
- Strong passion for providing top-tier client experience within a collaborative team environment.
- Skilled in a client‑centric consulting process, starting with discovery and financial planning.
- Extensive understanding of a wide array of investment, insurance, and banking strategies.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Ability to evaluate, advise, and support the bank’s clients effectively.
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience, with 10+ years preferred.
- Required licensing: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63) and life/health insurance certificates.
- CFP certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant financial software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial planning software and complex financial modeling.
- Track record of building and managing high-net-worth client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
- Sound understanding of financial planning concepts.
Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, with a commission plan that will be discussed during hiring.
