Job Overview
This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The role includes accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Process cash and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established processes, guidelines, laws and regulations to do what is right for clients and the bank.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Stay up‑to‑date on business knowledge and network with experts in small business, lending and investments.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage all clients comfortably.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs.
- Experience educating clients on conducting simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies such as ATM, online and mobile banking.
- Skillful at following established processes, guidelines and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management with a results‑oriented focus.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours and be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration or finance).
- Adaptability, Business Acumen, Customer and Client Focus.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40. The role requires weekend or extended-hour availability and location flexibility within the Henderson area.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $26.77 per hour, based on experience, education and skill set. This is a base salary position and is not incentive eligible. The role includes benefits eligibility. Pay transparency information can be found at
