Henderson Med Spa is a small medical spa dedicated to providing exceptional skincare and wellness services to our clients. We focus on personalized care and the latest techniques to help our clients meet their aesthetic goals. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Advanced Esthetician to join our team and help grow our clientele.

As an Advanced Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality skincare treatments and services while building a loyal client base. You will utilize your expertise in advanced esthetic treatments, stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and develop meaningful relationships with clients to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Perform a variety of advanced esthetic services, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Build and maintain a personal clientele through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Educate clients about skincare routines, product use, and post-treatment care.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance the client experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and promote spa services and products effectively.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to engage new clients and promote special offers.

• Valid state esthetician license and certification in advanced esthetics.
• Proven experience in a medical spa or high-end esthetics environment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales skills and a passion for building a personal clientele base.

• Experience with advanced technologies such as laser treatments or other cutting-edge technologies is a plus.
• Background in sales or marketing within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Certification in holistic or alternative skincare therapies is a plus.
