Practice Manager - Mental Health Clinic —

Employment Type:

Full-Time. Compensation: $70-80k annually & bonus incentives. Oversee clinic operations, lead teams, and drive performance in a growing behavioral health practice. This role is designed for experienced leaders who take ownership of people, processes, and outcomes — no prior healthcare experience required.

• Own the overall performance and daily operations of a mental health clinic
• Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable to operational and experience standards
• Ensure patients receive timely, professional, and supportive care
• Direct day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow
• Coach and manage team members to meet performance goals and KPIs
• Track operational and patient experience metrics to drive improvement

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a service-driven or operational role
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, metrics, and performance outcomes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or outpatient clinic settings
• Background in hospitality, customer experience, or relationship-based sales
• Experience managing scheduling systems or administrative workflows

• $70,000-$80,000 annually and promotion paths
