• Duties
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
  • Handle medical collections and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring documentation review is thorough and compliant with regulations.

  • Provide support in office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Assist bilingual patients by providing translation services when necessary.
• Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical collection processes and documentation review is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
