MTC has an impressive track record of working with our clients to manage their non-emergency medical transportation needs. We are expanding our Henderson, Nevada home base area. We're industry leaders in every aspect, but from an employee perspective, we are the only company utilizing a 2-person stretcher team and the Stryker Power LOAD System to eliminate injuries and increase team member and patient safety.

Minimum Requirements
  • Seeking dependable individuals to work full-time.
  • Must be at least 22 years of age.
  • Valid State driver’s license.
  • Ability to drive large vans over an 8-hour plus shift in a safe and professional manner.
  • Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages.
  • Must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact with patients, facility staff and other employees.
  • Ability to work varied days and shifts, including day, swing, and graveyard. Our company is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Must have CPR certification or be able to obtain within 30 days.
  • Must pass DOT drug, DOT Physical and background checks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be capable of lifting minimum of 75+ pounds.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with transferring patients from home to facility, facility to facility, or facility to home.
  • Follow directions and read and use map software accurately.
  • Perform all related duties as assigned, including transporting patients in a safe and professional manner.
  • Communicate with dispatch to receive relevant data and instructions; maintain professional behavior and attitude towards customers, visitors, and coworkers.
  • Complete vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Always follow safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in non-emergency transport.
  • 2+ year customer service experience.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
