Occupational Therapist – Licensed

Position:
Occupational Therapist (Licensed) at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center.
Availability:
Part‑time and full‑time.

Join a compassionate team dedicated to providing seniors with independent living and quality of life. As an Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain function, develop daily living skills, and support them in using adaptive equipment.

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills (ADLs).
• Assist residents with adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress.
