As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one‑on‑one with children with autism, delivering engaging ABA therapy that builds communication, independence, and social skills.

• Provide high‑quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children
• Implement behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Build positive relationships with clients & families
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates

• Active Nevada ABA registration (or soon to be active)
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background screening
