At Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) on our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an OT, you will work closely with our residents, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will enable our residents to maintain or improve their functional abilities, and support their return to their highest level of daily living.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on promoting functional abilities, independence, and overall well-being

• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to: cognitive training, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment training

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Nevada

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
