Key Responsibilities:Deliver school-based physical therapy services to students with varied needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
Document all treatments and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or equivalent
Current State Physical Therapist license
CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school setting or similar environment
Strong understanding of school-based therapy and student needs
Ability to work part-time days
Excellent communication and soft skills

You hold a current Nevada PT license and CPR certification. You have at least one year school-based PT experience. You can develop individualized IEP-aligned treatment plans collaboratively
