Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing enterprise growth strategies through the creation and expansion of strategic relationships with hospitals, health systems, large physician organizations, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), accountable care organizations (ACOs), and other healthcare partners. This role identifies opportunities to increase patient access, expand referral channels, and position Kaba Fusion as the preferred provider of home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and ambulatory infusion services.

In addition, this position provides leadership and oversight to strategic partnership and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture while collaborating with Sales, Managed Care, Operations, Clinical Services, Pharmacy, and Executive Leadership to drive sustainable growth and enhance patient outcomes.

Develop and execute Kaba Fusion's national strategic partnership strategy with health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, and large specialty practices.

Establish executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, physician executives, pharmacy leadership, population health teams, and care management organizations.

Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that increase referrals for chronic infusion, specialty biologics, acute therapies, and ambulatory infusion services.

Lead business development initiatives focused on site-of-care optimization and outpatient infusion strategies that align with payer and provider objectives.

Identify opportunities to develop and expand ambulatory infusion suites through joint ventures, management agreements, or strategic affiliations.

Partner with Managed Care leadership to align provider partnerships with payer contracting strategies and value-based initiatives.

Evaluate opportunities involving vertically integrated healthcare organizations where providers, health plans, specialty pharmacies, and infusion services operate within a coordinated care model.

Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for Strategic Partnerships personnel, including talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, goal setting, and ongoing coaching to ensure achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.

Develop strategies to support health systems transitioning infusion services from inpatient and hospital outpatient departments into lower-cost ambulatory and home infusion settings.

Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design customized infusion solutions for health systems and physician organizations.
