As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll help clients build independence, learn essential skills, and navigate their world with more confidence. As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll support skill-building in areas like communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills—all while making a real impact, every day.

• Go on outings, community events, or just get out of the clinic for a while!
• Support emotional regulation and safety with compassion and calmness

• Required:
  
  High school diploma / 6-12 months experience working with individuals with either autism, op positional defiance or conduct disorder.
• Preferred:
  Associates Degree, training and knowledge of behavior analysis, Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services, or any other field relevant to care or services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health challenges
