Henderson Sport & Social is a state-of-the-art, 180,000-square-foot destination opening in Henderson, Nevada. The facility is designed to become the premier destination for youth and adult sports, recreation, fitness, dining, and family entertainment while serving as a gathering place for the local community.

Position Summary

Party Hosts are responsible for creating memorable birthday party and group event experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their celebration. From arrival through departure, the Party Host owns the guest experience by delivering exceptional hospitality, coordinating the event timeline, serving food and beverages, facilitating attractions, and ensuring every guest leaves with an outstanding impression of Henderson Sport & Social.

  • Owns the guest experience from arrival through departure.
  • Maintains an organized event timeline while adapting to guest needs.
  • Communicates effectively with guests and teammates.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming party environment.
  • Supports fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Own the guest experience for assigned birthday parties and group events from arrival through departure.
  • Welcome guests and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event.
  • Prepare assigned party rooms prior to guest arrival.
  • Coordinate party timelines, food service, and attraction transitions.
  • Serve food and beverages, including the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with company policy and Nevada law.
  • Coordinate birthday celebrations, including cake service and packaging leftover food.
  • Escort parties to attractions and operate attractions when needed based on cross-training.
  • Assist with party room turnover for incoming reservations.
  • Escort guests to the lobby, another attraction, or their vehicles while assisting with personal belongings as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of facility attractions, memberships, promotions, leagues, tournaments, and events.
  • Complete opening, closing, side work, and support other departments as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Current TAM Card and Food Handler Card, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Strong communication, organization, and guest service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality, restaurant, family entertainment, or event hosting experience.
  • Experience serving food and alcoholic beverages.
  • Experience working with children or birthday parties.
  • CPR/AED certification preferred (training may be provided).
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs.
  • Work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
